Tyler taught me how to cook. Ever after becoming a stay at home mom once more I have enjoyed being in the kitchen. Just last Friday I spent 3 hours making 2 batches of chocolate chip cookies! That is called love!
What makes a meal delicious is the quality of the ingredients used as well as the recipe followed. But that’s not all, oh no! Having the right kitchen supplies is even more important.
Trudeau is a leading North American marketer and designer of innovative quality products. They not only design kitchen gadgets but they also manufacture mugs and bottles, mills and spices, and bar and home gadgets!!
Luckily, I was sent a few of their kitchen gadgets! I received their stress less line which is designed to reduce the strain on hands and joints. These gadgets are ideal for those with arthritis or limited hand dexterity. Each item comes with a lifetime warranty.
Stress Less Garlic Press ($19.99). Using fresh ingredients is of upmost importance when cooking. The smell of sauteed garlic is delicious! I have not have the opportunity of using the garlic press but I can remember my mother using one years ago. I still have a huge bottle of minced garlic I have to go through before buying garlic! But I know that I garlic press comes in handy! Better use a press than a knife to squish your garlic!
Stress Less Cheese Grater ($19.99). There ain’t nothing better than fresh cheese on your food, specially when it comes to fresh parmesan on your past, yummy! The stress less cheese grater is super easy to use. Simply insert your piece of cheese, turn the handle and drool over your food….after that you can always go ahead and enjoy it!
Stress Less Pizza Cutter ($12.99). Everyone I know loves pizza. Well, all except mister J, he doesn’t like pretty much anything! For some odd reason, pizzas are never fully cut when you order them. Maybe it is just me, but I always cut them at home just so that I don’t look silly fighting with my dinner. The stress less pizza cutter is extremely easy to use. The handle is right on top of the blade so there is no need to bend your wrist and push. Simply grab and slide!
Stress Less Easy Grind Salt Mill ($34.99). I am not a salty person and try to avoid it whenever possible. We love to have friends over all the time. We actually try to host weekly dinners every Saturday and some of our guests like to add salt to their meals. The stress less salt mill has a handle that makes it easy to grind your salt (or pepper). There is no more need to strain your wrists to add some more flavor to your meals! And my husband loves the design, he could seriously decorate our entire house based on its design!
Stress Less Can Opener ($19.99). This was number one gadget! I love how easy it is to use (even though my husband might think otherwise)! It still has the handle on top which makes it easy to turn the can opener around the lid of the can. I love this gadget so much! The very first time I used it I was a bit skeptical (this was the very first one I tried out of all the Trudeau gadget I reviewed). I was mid conversation with my husband when I cut him off and said: “WOW! This is awesome!”
Why is it so awesome?
Your everyday can opener cuts the lid off the can making it either way too sharp to take it off or it falls inside the can. The Trudeau can opener separates the lid from the can. The gadget has a a little sort of tweezer like thongs that let you grab the lid and take it off the can! I truly love it! It is soooo ingenious! There is no more need to freak out whenever I am opening a can in the kitchen while my boys are helping me with dinner. Believe me, I’ve seen little fingers stuck between the lid and the can (aka my little sister)! It is quite painful and sort of blood.
All of the Trudeau Stress Less gadgets are super easy to use, well worth the money, and even kids can use them! So if your kids like to help in the kitchen as much as mine do, don’t hesitate and get the Trudeau kitchen gadgets!
