Cisco CCIE Certified

Many consider the CCIE certification to be the pinnacle of every networking professional career. This is the highest achievement that you can reach through Cisco certification and professionals who have this are widely recognized as masters in their field. The important thing to remember is that you cannot achieve this certification without the right amount of experience and knowledge. If you are starting out your career in network systems then you will definitely need to start out at a lower level of certification.

Once you have gotten the hands on experience and passed the lower level exams that were necessary to prepare you for this, then you are ready to start studying for your CCIE certification. There are resources available online at sites like tests live, which compile all the information needed to help you pass your CCIE certification exam. The key to success in climbing the ladder of Cisco certifications is to make sure you have completely mastered the material before you move on to another certification. And this is going to take time and experience. I understand that people are in a rush to earn that higher paycheck but you will need to go slow. This is not a race and only individuals who truly know the information will be able to pass the exams.

I agree! In the IT world, it can be easy for good test-takers to pass certification after certification – leaving them lacking in real-world knowledge. My husband is the opposite – he always doubted his test-taking skills, but he had tons of hands-on knowledge. Finally, he is learning how to do better on the tests, but his knowledge is backed up by experience. When he had to interview people for positions in his IT department, it didn’t take him long to figure out who just passed some tests to get their knowledge. Certifications might LOOK good, but if you don’t have the real knowledge to back them up, then they can be useless too.
