I love having people over for dinner or for seriously no reason at all. I love entertaining and showing off my kitchen skills. Unfortunately, for me, I do not have all the necessary dishes to do so. I have a few but they are simply not enough. This was clear a few days ago when we hosted Thanksgiving for the first time at our place. I ran out of dishes to put the yummy food in!! At the end of the night, my table was a mix-and-match set of serving dishes that ranged in colors from black, beige, and white.
Thankfully I had just received this beautiful bamboo and ceramic entertainment set from Core Bamboo just a few days before Thanksgiving. Huge life savior!
After getting all the food in the oven and re-cleaning the kitchen for the nth time that Thursday morning, we were so hungry that we set off to make some appetizers for ourselves as we waited for everyone to arrive.
We went with this beautiful 4 part square bamboo and ceramic set for our cheese, crackers, and carrots. Hey, we sort of forgot to get some pre-festivities finger food for ourselves, so we went along with what we had in the fridge.
Part of what makes entertaining and cooking so much fun is working with what you have. The appetizer platters soon became the centerpiece for our table, along with some pine branches I found behind our yard, some pine cones, and the pumpkind we had leftover from Halloween.
Of course, an hour later I see my husband adding a bottle of red wine and two wine glasses as he snapped some photographs to add to our memory albums. This little touch made the centerpiece look even better! But of course, once the turkey and the ham came about we had to vacate the table…but the Core Bamboo entertaining set was there to stay, and so it did!
This bamboo and ceramic entertainment set, at 14.5” x 4” x 2.2”, is the perfect size for entertaining. Be it cheese and crackers, olives and green beans, dip or pate, veggies or candy, this bamboo and ceramic entertainment set is all you will need. Sleek, elegant, modern, and simple. It will definitely not take a lot of space on your table.
Did I mention it is dishwasher save? Well, it is!
Plus it will get you so many compliments!! It did for me, so I am 100% sure it will for you as well!
