KinderGlo Night Light - Portable and FunMeet Mr. Elephant, elite member of the KinderGlo Nightlight Brigade, here to keep kids safe at night from those pesky monsters.

Like many kids in this world, my boys are scared of the dark. Well, sort of. J. is simply used to having a nightlight on, it has been this way since he moved into his brother’s room. A., on the other hand, cannot sleep without some sort of light shining on him. He is one to believe that there are monsters under his bed…which is impossible since he has a race car toddler bed and, well, there is no way a monster could crawl under his bed. But, kids can be stubborn.

In some way I think I am to blame for A. to be scared of the night. Since he was a little baby I would leave a light on, usually right outside his bedroom, so that I could walk by and peak into his room to make sure he was OK.

But ever since Mr. Elephant joined the family, night lights and bed time have now become fun and colorful.

Now, whenever it is time to go to sleep they each turn their night light. J. turns on his Ikea globe nigh light that shines stars on the ceiling, while A. turns and snuggles with Mr. Elephant.

KinderGlo Night Light - Portable and Fun

KinderGlo not only focuses on making kids feel safe at night but they also offer a super safe product for our children. Every night light is made with soft, durable, non-toxic, and safety approved materials (BPA and lead FREE). The lights are LED, soft and easing even on those tough and fretful nights.

There are no cables attached to any KinderGlo character, which ensures peace of mind for us parents. Every night light comes with a dock charger which is small, the same size of the night light’s bottom. The on/off button also works as a setting button which will allow you to change the color as well as to choose from two on settings: fade off in 30 minutes or stay on all night.

At our house we use the reset button quite regularly. And this has nothing to do with a night light defect, not at all. See, ever since we got our KinderGlo Night Light in the mail my lovely boys have been using Mr. Elephant not only for its purpose. He is also an astronaut, jet pilot, bomb, ball, pal, teddy, and so many more characters. So while the boys run around the house pretending that Mr. Elephant is an astronaut or army men (who flies up in the sky with no plane) the make sure to hold on to the on/off button, which either causes the night light to completely shut down or gets it stuck in a single color for like, well, forever or until the battery runs low, whatever happens first.

Thankfully we have no pets, ’cause if we did Mr. Elephant might have been a chew toy as well!

All KinderGlo night light pals are also the best companion when camping out under the living room table. Now, if you are more adventurous, you can also bring your KinderGlo friend when camping out in the wilderness!! That would make for such great adventures!
