Summer is almost over and school has already started in parts of the country. Here? School starts on the first week of September. The 6th for kindergarten…also known as my 5 year old will start school this year! I am still trying to decided whether I am excited or nervous, or both. Only things I am sure of is that I am so going to cry on September 6th. I can feel it!

But I digress. Part of getting ready to go back-to-school, for first timers and pros, is getting all your material ready. From backpacks to lunch boxes, notebooks and pencils. We have most of our supplies ready. And thanks to PatchPak we also have the most amazing lunchbox ever!

Back-To-School with PatchPakYou might now be thinking: isn’t a lunch box, just a lunch box? What is so amazing about a box where you carry your lunch?

When I was in elementary school we had to cover our books with either blue or yellow paper to distinguish the notebooks between the two classrooms. This meant no doodling on the covers, no stickers, no creativity. Just a plain ole notebook covered in blue paper and plastic with your name written on it. Nothing exciting. Very blah. But once I started middle school we had the freedom to embellish our notebooks to our heart’s desire. We were finally able to show our personalities.

This is what makes this PatchPak lunch bag such an amazing product; it lets kids show their personalities through self-expression and creativity.

Back-To-School with PatchPakAll PatchPak products (lunch bags, backpacks, and binders) are made out of sturdy felt which create a blank canvas for your child to express him/herself with the help of patches.

So let’s say your son loves Football, well, PatchPak has a Football patch he can add to his backpack. There are letters, numbers, and miscellaneous for both boys and girls.

Back-To-School with PatchPakThese patches have a velcro backing which allows them to be placed safely on the lunch bag as well as for taking them off easily. Maybe down the line your child will stop liking Football and will decide to trade it with a friend.

Getting ready to go Back-To-School with PatchPak

Back-To-School with PatchPakA. is beyond ecstatic to be going back to school. What excited him the most is the idea of riding the bus…which will not happen this year…he is too young to ride alone on the bus, to scary (for me, at least).

He already has his camo backpack and now he has this amazing lunch bag. And because school hasn’t started just yet he uses his lunch bag as a car carrier when he doesn’t want to carry all 200+ cars he owns.

Back-To-School with PatchPakThis is the perfect lunch bag for my son. It is big enough it will carry all his lunch as well as allowing him to express himself.

What I like the most is that it is insulated. This way, cold things will stay cold; hot will stay hot. No stale peanut butter and jelly (sans the PB) sandwiches, no spoilt yogurt or hard cheese. Everything will be safe for him to eat.

I love this idea! I used to use iron on patches for my stuff, but this makes it so much easier and so many more options! Great stuff!
