Lunches with Bynto by Goodbyn

I thought I was ready for my 5 year old son to go to school but I was wrong. Don’t get me wrong, A. loves school, he likes his teacher and he loves recess! When it comes to lunch time he would much rather enjoy the company of his friends and a good  knock knock joke than actually eating all his lunch.

Day by day I started noticing that his lunch bag came back a mess. And I am the one to blame. See, every time I make his lunch I would have different containers for each item: one container for his grapes, one for his meat, one for his sandwich, etc. At time I would also use Ziploc bags….huge mess. I needed a new way to pack his lunches, and after searching all over the internet I found Bynto. Now lunches are now a breeze with Bynto by Goodbyn.

Lunches with Bynto by Goodbyn Lunches with Bynto by Goodbyn Lunches with Bynto by Goodbyn Goodbyn sent us their Bynto in blue and I can honestly say that I like it more than my son does! But hey, my approval is worth more since I am the one who is in charge of cleaning the lunch bag as well as packing the lunch.

Made entirely of FDA-approved materials, no BPAs or phthalates and lead-safe, the Goodbyn Bynto is dishwasher-safe and made to last. And when it’s time for a new one, the Goodbyn Bynto is 100% recyclable.

All good to go!All good to go!The Goobyn Bynto is a great container for any lunch, not only for my kindergartner. I love that it keeps food separated. I no longer have to pack everything in separate containers to keep the grapes from getting the sandwiches soggy…or getting the jelly all over the grapes or cheese. Now I only have ONE container to clean, phew!

Goodbyn Bynto all packed up and ready to go. The only thing I do not like is that the Bynto is big enough to fit snuggly in my son’s lunch bag. Because of this I cannot pack his water bottle which is big on itself.

Of course there are things around this - option 1: pack juiceboxes, option 2: Goodbyn bottles, both options fit perfectly in the middle of the Bynto.

I prefer to send my son with a water bottle (stainless steel bottle), so he now how to remind himself to grab his bottle before heading to the cafeteria. But hey, it works for us! Another fix for my “issue” is getting a bigger lunch bag that will fit both the Bynto and his bottle!

So, yeah, the Goodbyn Bynto is definitely worth it! And they also come in red, green, and pink!

  4. November 12, 2013 at 6:26 am

The only thing it doesn’t do is keep itself out of the garbage can! :-/ My kids have thrown away more than their fair share of reusable lunch box items (and a retainer or two)!

Several companies make these Bento boxes and I think they are great, this one seems to have a better price than others I ‘ve seen. I like that even more.

Love these boxes. They make homemade lunches easier and allow me the freedom to ensure the kids eat healthier then what’s dished out at school.

Oh my goodness these look so fun. I pack my lunch everyday for work, and I pack a lunch box for the little one I nanny for once a week. These would be perfect for that. They look like they hold a lot and will keep you organized. Plus it is really easy to get to the things you need. Thanks for sharing. I would love you to visit my blog at http://www.anannysperspective.com

It is important to find the right tool for each job. It seems as if you found the tool for your son’s lunch.
