    I love all three and eat them but maybe not the oysters that often. I did find that putting apple cider vinegar has helped my hair in so many ways, including with shine. These are really great tips though. I will definitely eat more yogurt and if I can afford it, more oysters!

    Great post, but I had to laugh when I read all the oyster comments! I agree with all of the above. I’ll eat the other three (do so almost daily), but the oysters can keep their shell!

    This was super informative! I have always had very long, healthy hair. I have cut and donated it a few times, but recently my hair has been thinning and doesn’t look as good as it once did. It just looks sad most of the time. I definitely need some of these super foods in my diet in larger quantities. Maybe it will help get my hair looking shiny and alive again!
