Peaceable Kingdom Press is the perfect place for you to find games, stickers and birthday cards! And you gotta love a company that describes its self as:

You just get the easy going, playful vibe with a description like that! At least I did!

Peaceable Kingdom Press gave us the opportunity to review one of their Match Up Games: Things That Go!

Things that GO! teaches kids (2-6 y/o) visual memory, reading and taking turns. Young kids can play with the cards facing up trying to match the animals in pairs. Older kids can turn over the cards and play a memory concentration game. But we will have to wait for this way of playing since A is only 2 years old and J is only 10 months old.

When A and I played I’d ask him for the cat, and he’d meow and look for the cat, then we looked for the airplane, etc. And he did awesome!! But he was too busy with trying to throw the cards up in the air that we did not get pass 3 pairs of cards!!

Next thing you know the cards area all over the place, J is trying to eat one and Scratch is laying on top of another one while chewing on his toys!

I like the sturdiness of the cards and that if A decides to draw on them with his markers I can easily clean them up!
