Dreamy Eyes plush toys {Review/Giveaway}

I am a new fan of all Aurora toys! They are so cute and cuddly and cute!

I was introduced to Aurora {Gifts of Smiles} when I reviewed 2 of the YooHoo & Friends fellas (who simply melted my heart with all their adorablenss).

I was contacted by them once again and offered me the opportunity of reviewing their Dreamy Eyes pals, and, of course, I couldn’t say no! I mean, they are so soft and cuddly! And they have dreamy eyes!

Dreamy Eyes feature lovable expressions, big eyes and appealing cuddle material that just melts in your hands. 13 brand new styles include tiger, pony, pig, cow, lion, elephant, monkey, giraffe, cat, pug, Chihuahua, frog and lamb (10², bean filled; MSRP: $12.99). Perfect for ages two and up!

For our review we received two of the Dreamy Eyes guys:

The day we got the package I was the only one excited in the entire household…maybe Scratch was excited too but he knows he gets in trouble for even sniffing my boys’ toys. If you remember from my YooHoo & Friends review Scratch had a close encounter with poor little Jabra (Which almost leaves the poor rhino deaf!

But just the other day I decided to give it another try. And to my surprise J loved them! He is usually only into his brother’s stuff, anything that belongs to A. he wants! But this time…he loved them!!

J started playing with them the moment I gave them to him! He tried to run away from me like he usually does but he was so excited that his feet forgot they were supposed to run and so there he goes…on his butt. But he has new toys so who cares!

The Lamb is his favorite. He even sleeps with him..or more like mommy send his to sleep with him (he needs a little teddy, in this case lamb, to help him sleep at night, you know…someone to cuddle up with that will comfort him at night). He walks all over the house with him and just cuddles…it is simply adorable!

And no need to worry, Mr Frog gets his loving too!! The bite kind of loving! For some reason J likes to bite them! It must be the cute dreamy eyes!

A., on the other hand, was a little bit hesitant about them. He refused to even look at them. I even got a “No, they are cute”. Apparently 2.5 year old boys do not play with cute toys! But after watching J having so much fun with them he changed his mind! And after a couple “Look mom, they walk!”, heads and butts bumped, and a few more crashes, I found my boy doing this:

And then he saw me with camera in hand and immediately let them go and walked away like nothing had happened! I think I have a 2.5 year old teenager at home!

So, as you can see these Dreamy Eyes toys are extremely cute even so that they will change the mind of those against cuteness, at least until mommy takes the camera out! These make the perfect Christmas present!
