Monday Dinner

Plans changed. We had to use my mother in law’s fax today so we were invited to stay over for dinner. Jon, Chelsey and their two kids were there too.

Few months ago, when Alexander and his cousin where in the same room, it was like a war zone. Yelling, screaming, crying, pushing and toy recovery.Tonight? They finally get together! They played with water guns. Ran around the house. Played cars. Played with a little snake in the backyard.

I thought this was never going to happen since Jon and his family live so far away. But they like each other now. They are buddies now. And like all buddies they have their fights, but nothing like they used to be. This makes me really happy. Too bad they live in North Washington.

As to Jacob and his cousin of the same age, they like each other. They are both so quiet and happy and love to play. They still don’t understand the world as well as their brothers. But they make the most out of it.

Oh, and for those wondering, we had tacos for dinner!
