Loving Pets Products {Review}

It was about time for Mister Scratch to get a chance at bitting into our reviews! And i don’t mean like he did when he had a fight with a rhino a few months ago! Sir loves to bite! No worries though, he doesn’t bite the boys. And he gets in lots of trouble with mommy if he growls at them let alone if he snaps at them. I’m the master of the pack ūüėČ he only bites Tyler and I when we play with him…or if you run around the house he’ll bite your butt in excitement!! He’s a dork so he fits quite well into our Byrd family!.

But I digress. Scratch just got the opportunity to review some of Loving Pets Products (which were graciously provided for him to review, free of charge). Lets start with item numero uno: the bowl.

{Even he gets annoyed when I am taking pictures! He stuck his tongue at me!! Hehehe}

We used to have his double bowl (red) in the kitchen but J. easily found it and discovered the wonders of dog food and water…which soon turned into snacks for J. and soggy food for Scratch so we had to move the bowl down the hall. But this was back in the days when J. was not venturing into the entrance hall…notice that orange arm in the red bowl? Yup, that’s my boy playing with the dog food!!

The bowl is part of the Dolce Dishes collection. The bowl has a¬†removable skid-free rubber ring base which will ensure quiet dining. Unless, of course, you have a little boy who not only plays with the food but also tries to swim in the water, like mine does. Though I’ve seen A. jumping in the water bowl as well. Boys will be boys I guess?

Scratch also received two packs of treats! Boy is in treat heaven now! He received their Barksters treats which are not only wheat and gluten free but are also only 12 calories! Scratch got two of their many flavors: Brown Rice and Beef Krisps and Alfalfa & Chicken Krisps.

Alfalfa is a natural breath freshener and is a great source of fiber. Chicken is a great source of lean protein. Rice bran oil is rich in Antioxidants. Brown rice is a good source of dietary fiber. Beef is rich in protein and good source of several vitamins and minerals. So rest assured that these treats are natural and healthy for your pup and we also read on a review of grizzly oil that adding that as a supplement also help your dog.

Scratch tried the alfalfa and chicken treats first. He hesitated at first. Sometimes it feels like I have to beg for him to take food from my hands! He’ll just back away slowly, sight tight on the food, or treat in this case. But he finally gave it a try. Afterwards he tried the brown rice and beef. Hesitation once more. And man are those treats crunchy!!

But I’ll let Scratch tell you what he thinks of his new treats:

{Scratch says lick worthy and two paws up!}
