the night night book

The Night Night Book is the newest book authored by the amazing Marianne Richmond. Richmond is a bestselling author who also penned If I Could Keep You Little, which I also had a chance to review a few months back.

The Night Night Book can surely become a bedtime classic. This book takes readers on a tour around the house as everyone settles in. The illustrations look as if they were a collage of scraps, ric rac, yarn, and tons of color!

Comfy bed,
all tucked in.
Cozy blanket,
toes to chin.

Night night sky.
Night night moon.
Dear tomorrow,
see you soon!

I honestly think this book is super cute and perfect for little minds. A. really did not care at all about this book but J loves it. I have already seen him going about the day carrying the book with him. I really don’t know how the whole story reads since my boys, somehow, glued one of the pages! I think we had pancakes for breakfast the day the book came in the mail…could have been that! The front cover also got stuck to out couch and now it has some white leather on it!

This title would be the perfect book to read to your baby from day one, this way s/he can learn since little what goes around the house as everyone is ready to go sleep! And as they grow older they’d love the colorful pages.
