Eco Vessel Insulated Stainless Steel Bottle {Review}

When going green every bit helps. I think that the easiest way to go green is to use reusable bags and most importantly stop using plastic water bottles and use reusable ones.

We have never been into buying bottled water since it is way cheaper to get tap water, filtered, of course. The only reason we ever bought bottled water was when we were out and about and thirsty. But lately I make sure to carry a reusable water bottle for myself. But this got me thinking…what if I get a bottle for every person in this house?

Just a few days back I learned about Eco Vessel and their insulated stainless steel bottle. Soon after they agreed to let my boys review one of their Insulated Stainless Steel Straw Bottles!

Eco Vessel is dedicated to developing products from safe, sturdy, recyclable materials while offering innovation and practicality.  The produce a complete line of stainless steel water bottles for both adults and children.

Isn’t the bottle cute! I know it has a fly and that flies are gross, but it is a boy’s bottle! Boys love bugs! A. likes to trap them and let them free in the yard. J. doesn’t care that much. And Scratch plays with them! Poor bugs.

Thicker Stainless Steel to prevent dents and cracks
Easy-Drinking Straw Top includes a strong carrying loop
BPA free, made from 100% recyclable materials
Bottle Dimensions: 6″ tall, 2.75″ wide at base, top is 3.5″ wide
Recommended for children ages 4 and up

Both my boys love their new straw bottle! And we all know when there is two boys and just one bottle there will be fights! I simply asked A. to please let J. take two sips and that he would have it back right after that and that he would have to share the bottle whenever J. got thirsty. And I was surprised it worked! Hmm…who would have thunk!

I love that the bottle is made with thick stainless steel to prevent cracks and bumps that we all know are bound to happen with little kids. Mine love to throw stuff, specially their bottles. Would it be too hard to simply place the cup on a table or chair instead of throwing it to the other side of the room? Kids will be kids I guess!

Still what I like more than the fly, the color, the thicker stainless steel and silicone spout, is that it comes with three straws!! I seriously get amused with the simplest things! Oh, and it is dishwasher safe! Just to keep it safer wash it on the top rack!

And maybe you don’t like the fly, well Eco Vessel also has 3 other straw bottles to offer!

Make sure to give them a visit! Eco Vessel offer more collections. They even have bigger straw bottles for us big kids!!

    Hi, just looking at these for my twins (who will only drink from straw cups that leak everywhere!!!) and came across your review! Wondering if they will leak if dropped/left on floor with flip straw left open? It’s hard to tell by their website and pictures if there is a valve mechanism or not? Any info appreciated, and thanks for the timely review!! 🙂

      There is no valve mechanism, unfortunately, meaning it does leak if left on the floor with the straw left open!!
