Erin Baker’s Wholesome Baked Goods {Review/Giveaway}

I will start with a confession…I am not an oatmeal fan. In fact, I can only dare to eat it in the shape of a cookie. Oatmeal cereal is so gross…I simply can’t. I am texture driven…if it feels, or looks, gross, forget about it, I won’t even touch it.

Like I said, oatmeal cookies are alright, nothing special, until just recently when my mind was overturned by Erin Baker’s Wholesome Baked Goods who gracefully sent us some cookies to try out. Yeah, I know what you might think, they sent oatmeal cookies for review, she’s simply being nice. Erm, no. Whenever I write a review I give my most utter honest opinion and these cookies are simply fenomenal!

I originally thought of these cookies as a snack for my boys who love anything with the word ‘cookie’ in it. But I was surprised to find how much I liked them. Not only is the taste delicious but they are also great for you and your body.

The Original Breakfast Cookie is something you can feel good about eating. Baked fresh with heart-healthy whole grains and sweetened with fruit puree, our cookies combine the flavors we all love with a heartiness that satisfies for hours. Packed with protein, antioxidants, fiber and complex carbohydrates, it is a healthy and delicious way to start your day. Every Breakfast Cookie is handcrafted in our own bakery using the finest ingredients available. You can taste the exceptional quality in each bite. Taste one, or better yet, taste them all!*

I really can’t decide which one of these two is my favorite, and that’s a lot to say due to my excessive love towards chocolate!

{Erin Baker’s Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookie Minis}

The mini cookies are the perfect sized snack for little hands. Just a few bites of wholesome goodness between snacks and they are set. J. loved the oatmeal raisin cookie while A.’s favorite was the peanut butter one. Due to how fast these cookies disappeared I must say they loved them! Just a few second and they were gone!

The brownies were great too! Fudgy, chewy and scrumptious, the very top ingredients in a brownie! Best brownies I’ve ever had as of today. Only had ona tiny bite but loved every second of it! Now, if only I had the recipe for these organic chocolatey brownies…I would be 20 pounds too heavy. All in moderation, right. Even goodness.

And they are kiddo approved!! They immediately sat down as I gave them each a brownie!

Delicious snacks. Zero guilt.
